Foxtail Online Store Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to all purchases made through the Foxtail online store, as well as to orders placed via telephone, fax, or email.

Before placing an order, please read these terms carefully. SIA “Foxtail” reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We recommend reviewing them again before making any subsequent purchases.

1. User Rights and Responsibilities

• The user is fully responsible for all actions performed from their registered user account, as well as for the information entered into the account.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
• User credentials (username and password) must not be shared with third parties. They may only be used by the specific individual or legal entity to whom they have been assigned.
• The user is prohibited from performing any actions that could compromise the security or functionality of the system. If violations are detected, SIA “Foxtail” reserves the right to unilaterally terminate service provision without prior notice or explanation.
• The user has the right to cancel an order at any stage, including within 30 days after receiving the product, in accordance with legislation regulating distance selling. More information can be found in the Right of Withdrawal section.
• The user has the right to choose the most convenient payment method. Detailed information is available in the Payment Methods section.
• Information regarding the procedure for submitting and reviewing consumer claims concerning goods or services that do not comply with contract terms is available in the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

By placing an order, the user agrees that the personal data they provide will be processed by SIA “Foxtail”, Bruknas iela 8-150, Rīga, LV-1058, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
